We try hard to get things right, but we’re a small team publishing a lot of practical content, and mistakes happen — a broken link, an age range that’s off, a fact that turns out to be wrong. Here’s what we do about it.
How to report an error
Use our Contact page and include the page URL and what you think is wrong. We read every message and reply to correction reports directly, usually within a few business days.
How we handle corrections
- We verify the report against the original source or re-check the claim.
- If it’s wrong, we fix it as soon as we can — usually the same week for factual errors, faster for anything safety-related.
- For a minor fix (typo, broken link, formatting), we update the page and its “Last updated” date without a separate notice.
- For a substantive correction (a factual claim, a safety-relevant recommendation, or a changed age-appropriateness call), we add a short correction note at the bottom of the page stating what changed and when, in addition to updating the “Last updated” date.

If you believe an activity, printable, or piece of advice on this site could put a child at risk, please say so clearly in your message and mark it urgent — we prioritize these above all other corrections and will remove or amend the content while we investigate rather than leave it live.
